Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the websites, services, and products of www.wedding-spain.com and Casamiga 2014 S.L., which collect data and display this policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any websites, services, or products of Casamiga 2014 S.L. that do not display this policy, do not have a link to it, or contain their own privacy policy, notice, or policy.

Casamiga 2014 S.L. ("Casamiga" or "We") is committed to protecting and ensuring the security of your personal data through various means, including the use of appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect against loss, misuse, and unauthorized alteration of data in our systems.

Our supported websites are not intended for individuals under 16 years of age. We will not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 16. We do not publish text, images, or multimedia content containing nudity, profanity, violence, or other content unsuitable for children.

By using our website or any of our products, services, or applications (collectively, "Services") or simply visiting our website, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and, depending on the circumstances, the Terms of Use of Casamiga. We will periodically update this Privacy Policy, and when we do, we will post a notice on our website or login page, or inform you of updates in other ways, such as by email or through social networks, so that you know what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we may disclose it. By continuing to use this site or Services after these changes are published, you agree to the revised policy.

How We Collect Information from You

We collect data from you, which may include personal data. Sometimes, this is done indirectly through cookies, beacons, tags, and scripts, and sometimes directly during registration, downloading software from our plugin store, or when updating our Services.

"Cookies" are small text files that are stored on a user's computer or mobile device when visiting a website. Additional information about the cookies we use and how to manage them for our website and applications can be found in our Cookie Notice.

We also track click behavior in the emails we send using transparent gif files in our HTML-based emails. We use this data to update user profile information, identify areas of interest for users who have agreed to receive emails, and personalize email content.

In addition, session variables may be temporarily used in your system cache to facilitate use during your interactions with our Services. Examples of such information include automatically generated alphanumeric identifiers saved during your session to facilitate operations between pages. We only store names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, company names, or any other identifying information for licensed users; no information is stored for other individuals unless otherwise specified in this policy.

We and our third-party tracking partners use software technologies called clear gifs (also known as web beacons/web bugs) to help us better manage the content of our site by informing us about the effectiveness of our content. Clear gifs are tiny graphic images with unique identifiers, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track user movements on the Internet. Unlike cookies, which are stored on a user's computer hard drive, clear gifs are invisibly embedded in web pages and have a size approximately equal to the size of a period at the end of this sentence.

We do not track users when they cross third-party sites, do not provide targeted advertising, and therefore do not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. We may also collect your personal information directly, for example, through our software applications or as needed to respond to technical support requests.

When you use our Services or provide us with personal information directly, we consider that you have consented to the collection and storage of your personal information in the United States in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We use your personal information only to help us improve our site and the work we do for you.

How We Use Your Data

We will use your data to help us improve our products and services. For example, enhancing the user interface of the plugin store, utility of our websites, feature updates, seller responses, technical support, etc.

How Your Information Is Used

We will never resell your data to third parties. Sometimes we share your information with third parties to provide you with the best user experience or to deliver a product or service you requested. For example, we share information with Stripe (payment processing), Front App (technical support), Google Analytics (website improvement), and third-party plugin store developers (since you purchased or acquired their plugin).

Where possible, we limit, anonymize, or otherwise separate your identity from the data we share. However, in some circumstances, this may be impossible, such as in credit card processing and technical support. The third parties we engage cannot use any directly identifying information except to provide specific contracted services.

We also enter into agreements with certain third parties for web services, including email delivery and content streaming, which may collect certain visitor data, such as IP addresses and visited pages. These third parties are allowed to use this directly identifying data only to provide the services we request, not for their marketing purposes, unless you provide separate consent to receive marketing information from that third party.

We cannot control the actions of third parties regarding your personal information, so we strongly recommend that you review their privacy policy to understand how these third parties will process your personal information. Some third parties are located in jurisdictions other than yours or ours, and therefore, your personal information and its protection may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction where the third party is located.

When you follow links associated with our Services, they may redirect you away from our software or website. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and recommend that you review their privacy policy since they are third parties.

We will always seek your consent before transferring your personal information to third parties for purposes other than those outlined in this document.

In some limited circumstances, we may also be required to disclose your personal information to third parties due to legal requirements or in response to lawful requests from government authorities, including for national security purposes or compliance with law enforcement requirements. We reserve the right to disclose your personal information in accordance with legal requirements and in cases where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with judicial proceedings, court orders, or legal processes directed at us.

Sharing Your Information with Developers in the Plugin Store

If you install or purchase a plugin in the Plugin Store, your information will be shared with the third-party developer of that plugin in accordance with our Terms of Service. We require all developers distributing plugins in the Plugin Store to adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy, but we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

If you are concerned about how a third-party developer may use your personal information, we recommend contacting them directly.

You Can Request Deletion of Your Information

Upon your request and unless otherwise required by law, we will delete all personal information we use about you for marketing or product development purposes. Keep in mind that you can opt-out of receiving marketing messages at any time by emailing us through the contact form and specifying "Opt-out of Marketing" in the subject line.

Upon your request, we will delete all personal information from your Developer Support account or any technical support or sales history unless we determine that the law allows us to retain such data. For example, if you work for an agency or organization but are not the license owner, we may be legally obligated to retain technical support or sales data if there is a question about license ownership.

Please note that we will delete your account ID upon your request unless you have transferred the license to a third party. If you have transferred the license to a third party, we are required to retain purchase and transaction data, which includes some of your personal data. In this case, we will deactivate your account but will not delete it.

To request anything mentioned above, please write to us here through the contact form.

Additional Information for EU Residents

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other data protection laws provide you with certain rights regarding your personal data. If applicable to you, you can request access to your personal data, how we process it, request correction of personal data we hold about you, ask us to delete your personal data, object to our processing of your personal data, request the restriction of processing your personal data, request the transfer of your personal data to you or a third party, and withdraw consent at any time if we rely on consent for processing your personal data.

Please note that withdrawing your consent to the processing of your data does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before consent withdrawal. You should also be aware that if you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide you with certain services. We will inform you of this at the time of consent withdrawal.

Please note that even after you withdraw your consent, we may continue processing your personal data to the extent required or otherwise permitted by law, particularly in connection with exercising and defending our legal rights or meeting our legal and regulatory obligations.

For some of the rights mentioned earlier within this Privacy Policy, as we have noted, you can access, correct, and update your personal data directly by logging into your account. If you need additional assistance, please contact us through the contact form.

For customers operating in the European Union, we have a Data Processing Addendum (DPA). We offer this DPA to ensure GDPR compliance, especially for our EU customers or agencies representing EU customers. This allows, for example, submitting technical support requests on behalf of your EU client in accordance with GDPR.

Guarantees of Your Personal Data Security

We will take reasonable precautions to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. While we adhere to industry-standard practices to safeguard your personal information, no method of data transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information.

You Will Be Notified of Changes to the Privacy Policy

If we update or make changes to our Privacy Policy, we will post them here, on the application login page (e.g., ID login page), and in other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently.
